ABOUT SENSORY INCLUSION & USE OF SWAG BAGS
The 4 Sensory Inclusion Swag Bags each include noise diminishing headphones, silent fidget toys, and engaging visual stimuli for individuals with unique sensory needs to use to make their experience at the concert comfortable and engaging.
EDUCATION & AWARENESS
With the introduction of these tools, it is helpful to have messaging so that the audience knows these resources are available both before and during the concert, and to ensure that audience members
understand the value of these tools as helping everyone enjoy a positive concert experience.
RESERVATION & CHECK-OUT POLICY
Sensory Inclusion Swag Bags must be reserved in advance to ensure that the individual in need will receive this bag. The bag must be returned to the drop box in the lobby at the end of the concert. To reserve your bag, call Jeanne Bundy at 812-425-5050 before the concert date.
How to Use the Sensory Inclusion Swag Bags
- Wipe down objects with included wipes before and after use and throw away wipes after use. Do not put trash in the bags.
- Feel free to use the sensory tools as needed throughout the concert.
- Please keep the bags under your seat and switch items out during applause or intermission.
- Return all items to the bag and return the bag to the Sensory Inclusion Drop Box in the lobby.
